fuse problem maybe? glove box light on and running lights don't work

fuse problem maybe? glove box light on and running lights don't work
last night I noticed two things
1) the glove box light is stuck on. thinkin either a fuse or maybe the switch, not too worries about it
2)my rear running lights aren't coming on. when I brake, the two bulbs come on, working properly, inside the tail light, but they don't come on when the brake isn't applied, meaning the lights don't light up when the cars lights are on
I'm looking through the manual at the fuses and I'm seeing a lot of "tail lights" and "daytime lights" and such, but I'm unsure about which one it is (if the problem IS a fuse). any help someone can throw my way would be appreciated!
