Working on a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis. Changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure switch. Tried getting it to start, and there's only very little fuel coming out of the lines. There's no fuel coming from the gas tank. I'm stumped and not sure what's wrong. Any suggestions?
