Default Headlight fuse keeps blowing

My headlight fuse keeps blowing fuses. I replace the fuse, sometimes it last a day, sometimes a month and even as soon as I turn the lights on. All other lights are working. Only the headlight fuse. There was a recall on the Lighting Control Module and it was replaced before I got the car. Could that be bad again? Or maybe the Body Control Module? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Would be nice if you mentioned which position in the fuse box the fuse that keeps blowing. Healights themselves are never fused, there is a circuit breaker for headlights. In your case, position # 12 is an 18A circuit breaker for the headlights. Now there are fuses for the LCM itself.
