I have a 1989 Grand Marquis and I’m curious to know if the things on the sides of the roof on the b pillar are actually lights. If so how do I fix them.

 

YEP. Those are lights -- Should come on with Headlights.
Pry the lens off CAREFULLY to check the bulb.

Yes they are supposed to light up when you turn on your headlights, those are your opera lights you have to remove the plastic trim from you seatbelt pillar and I believe they go all the way to the floor and if I'm not mistaking the bulbs are 194

 

Great thanks. They work they just aren’t very bright. I’ll buy some bulbs to have on hand.
