Your Grand Marquis has a "Trunk Light" installed at the factory. It doesn't give off much light, even when it works properly.
I added a bigger light, using an LED Running Light housing attached to the bottom of the Package Shelf.
PLENTY of light now -- for trunk and surrounding area.
