Looking for advice on swapping in a new motor.

Hi I have a 2002 Grand marquis the motor just blew on me I want to put in a 2007 grand marquis motor. Would it be possible if I swap in the transmission and ecu from an 07 along with it?

Yeah youre fine as long as its not a flex fuel. However, if youre going to swap over the ecu and the tranny you should be okay if it is.
