94 grand marquis, often doesn't start only makes "electrical" sound


starts after waiting a minute or jiggling gear shift


also, at a hard stop it stalls out/cuts off


sometimes stalls at hard turn as well

now my headlights that were "wired to always be on when car running" do not work except for hi beam


i'm home before the streetlights come on everyday

the "electrical" sound? you gotta help me out alittle more than that lol. the stalling after startup and cutting out happens when? hot restarts or cold starts like first thing in the morning??
