can anyone tell me what the extra wiring harness behind the driver''s side parking light goes too? my car only has a single bulb in the lens next to the headlight. When I went to change the lens i noticed there is another plug-in style harness in the same loom as the bulb socket, but with presumably no where to go

thanks

it is possibly for an option your car didnt get sold with liks a bumper signal or something

i do have signal light in the bumper, but even with new bulbs neither it nor the parking light work in that corner of the car. the passenger''s side lights both work though, but there is no extra harness on that side

I don''t think you are going to get any on this one. LOL

Do you think a dealership would be willing to tell me if i took the car to them?

jason sereiko Aug 23, 2008 11:03 AM

They would have a electrical sheet at the parts counter. describe it best as possible.Thaey should also give it for free since they print out them all day for the mechanics

Ask them and you should get it.

@JOHxxx

It appears that the car came with cornering lights, they were changed (maybe cracked), but the money for the more expensive parking lights w/built in corner lights was not spent.

Either way: The additional harness should have a socket for a bulb (3156) at the end of it. If not, someone might have cut it.

Greetings!
