My 2005 Marquis OB2 port has no power to it.
 

I have a 2005 grand Marquis 30th anniversary edition and my OBD2 port has no power. I have an aftermarket double din head unit with an amp hooked up. I tried replacing the 20 amp fuse for the OBD2 port and cigarette lighter, but when I went to look at the fuse it was a 15 amp and any 20 amp I plugged in popped instantly. Does anyone have any idea how I would be able to get power back to my OBD2 port?
