New uses for Grand Marquises
I recently saw a Mississippi Constable using a Grand Marquis as his official vehicle. No doubt one reason is that the light bar and other equipment from Crown Vics would fit. Has anyone else ever seen a Mercury used as a marked police car before?
(In Mississippi Constables are elected officials who serve processes and act as bailiffs. They supply their own vehicles but the county furnishes their blue lights and vehicle identification.)
