I bought a 92 mgm gs but the power steering hose is leaking so i went to buy another one. Everyone is saying its a easy swap but theres no room to get it off from underneath and at the other end , i had to take off the air filter to reach it but there is also no room here so my question is what kind of tools should be used to get the hose off? I was using a non-adjustable wrench

i have a set of tools that look like line wrench heads you connect to a extension for a wratchet. works great in situations like this. what year Grand Marquis do you have?if you wanna get rid of the extra stuff showing up in your post... go to your settings and click the NO box next to the wysiwyg.
