Don't know for sure, but I bet it would.





As an alternative you can get a black Marauder Grille that definately fits (I did it). Though it is more expensive than the honeycomb.





The other issue is tha the honeycomb grille will have the oval place for a Ford emblem, not the round spot for the Mercury. Neither grille comes with the emblem, you have to transfer the original.
