And .....?

We appreciate you sharing you tasks, you don't have to though

Are you looking for a source, if someone has one for sale, etc. etc. etc.?

ya, i want too have a cd-radio

92Mercury 11-13-2007 02:06 PM

Oh boy!

Which one? Factory or Aftermarket, single or in-dash-6cd-changer, standard or MP3 capable? Premium or Standard Audio System?

You have to be more specific, otherwise I'll offer you a cheap, but overpriced aftermarket eastern no-name CD radio. LOL

Besides, you can not combine them, the newer Premium ones only work with amplifier, so even if you get a radio, it wont work.

You might even loose your bass, use the search function and see recent posts about it. Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Audio systems are quite unique when it comes to that.

Greetings!

Do what?

BTW: The single cd-radio from early Mustangs/Taurus/Thunderbird fit in our models, just so that you know.

Not only because of the single DIN size, they work, plugs fit. Of course, only the standard system, premium again does not work, you will need the amplifier.

I personally went with a "top shelf" FM Transmitter and MP3 player.

Again, BTW: This is the manufacturer of the Original Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Radios, you can buy them there: www.visteon.com.

Radio's from '98 to '02 models will only work with the connector adapter I mentioned in my other post, see the difference here?

Here's one which is nice. Thus you need the adapter for it:
