Probier's mal mit vernünftiger Vorstellung in der Rubrik "Neue Mitglieder".

Und ohne Angabe von Baujahr, Typ und Modell kannst Du lange auf Hilfe warten. Wir sind keine Hellseher.

Much better. Cause they changed programming features late in 1995. Sometimes it's the same, sometimes it's different. Ford, oh well.

Am not sure about this model year, but before that, keypad on the door did notmeanthat you have a remote transmitter. As a matter of fact, on the '92 models only the keypad was available, no remote transmitter at all.

Anyhow, you error code indicates a short ('nen kurzen, Kurzschluss). Easiest fix is taking the keypad off and clean the contacts. Eventually, throughout all the years, water and particles found their way inside and can cause all kinds of issues.

If that doesn't fit it, the search will start. But first we would need if and what it is doing.

Here's the manufacturers article on how to do program the system:

A03-18-1RemoteKeylessEntry.zip

It's a PDF file, but the forum does not allow upload of that kind of file.

Use the search function. There is a post under General Tech Help, which shows the programming for all kinds of Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles.
