Default Selling an 87 LS

I have an 89 LS that is in fair shape, except for the fuel pump. The engine runs when carburetor cleaner is sprayed through the air intake, but it won't keep running because the fuel pump doesn't work. I would like to sell it as is or sell parts out of it. Which would be more effective, is there a market for parts, or is it worth repairing and selling, or selling as is?
Thank you for your input.

be best to drop tank and fix it ... scrap would be $200 or so, and selling running car like this could be $1000-$1500 depending on condition and location
