speed control switches
 

would someone out there share with me exactly how to remove right side switches and proper tool to use. the auto is a 1998 grand marquis and the set/accellerate sw. doesn't work.i have had the air bag out got down to the sw. area , but can't see how that set of switches is attached to steering wheel.thanks in advance for any offered info...
