Hello, Tylor -- and welcome to the Mercury Forums.
Can't find matching part numbers for those 2009 cars. The tail-lights are identical in appearance, and close examination indicates that the tail-lights from the '09 Vic WILL FIT perfectly into the '09 Merc.
I have used headlights and parking light assemblies by "EAGLE EYES", which are available at Amazon.com. -- MUCH cheaper and "findable" than the Dealer parts.
Amazon also has a wide selection of tail-light assemblies for the Vic or the Merc.
If you make the swap, it's a good time to switch to L.E.D.bulbs -- they are MUCH brighter -- but you'll need to install resistors to avoid hyper-flashing of the turn signals.
