Torque converter shutter?
 

My 95 Grand has a shutter or vibration at around 40 to 45 mph. I have been told that the GM's and CV's have a problem with the torque converts. If so I was wondering if there is an additive that can be poured in the trans to help smooth it out? Or does the TC need to be replaced?
