Easy-peasey, Mike --
It's to the right of the steering column -- below the dash -- to the left of the ash tray.
A lot of people will tell you that there is no OBD II port on the 1995s -- because OBD II was not standard on all cars until 1996.
The port is there, and it WORKS perfectly !!
