Are they halfway up the winshield or won't they seat themselves on the wiper rests? Did the prob occur right after the motor was replaced? Arm adjustment is an easy thing to try out if all else is lost.

Go to settings and disable "WYSYWYG" to get rid of all that mumbo-jumbo on the screen. Then write me back. Do you have intermittant wipers?

You still got to remove the motor. And in the '95 year, they added some freaky bracket under the damn thing making it harder to remove the motor.
Is the motor brandy new and it did this as soon as you put the motor in? Take it back and get it exchanged.
