Hey there everyone!


Just came across this forum a few minutes ago. I am the (new) proud owner of a 2007 Mariner Premier...silver w/ black leather,front wheel drive.


So far, I LOVE IT.....it's my first Ford product after a horrible 1989 Escort turned me off of Ford.


As a new owner, I'm not too sure what kind of surprises to expect from the car...if any. Is there anything in particular that I should be looking for?

I have a 2005 Mariner Premier, gold w/Black & Whiteleather and the FWD. I ordered it new direct from the factory in Dec 04. I only have 15000 on it, so I can't speak to the high mileage issues that may develop, but so far, mine has been great. I have had one problem where the automatic headlights quit working. They would still turn on/off manually, but the automatic function wasn't working. I found a local Ford Dealer here in Korea and after a 4 week wait for the part to arrive, it was repaired in a couple of hours at no cost. I love my truck.I have seen only 1 other in the country. Lots of Escapes though...Good Luck with your vehicle...
