Being I keep getting bogus PMs by "BoardSupport" who is a postless junior member and I have no need for this account anyway...

I second that! I keep getting samething.

 

Good luck with that. We've tried getting a Topaz forum added for a number of years and it still hasn't happened.

there is someone in charge... but they almost never pay any attention to it.

Truth be known, I'm about read to drop this place like a bad habit. At least the other forums I contribute on have people that can take care of business and actually do that. This forum only has one moderator that doesn't have the ability (powers on these forums) to to do enough to really make a dent in the spam.

It's a real pity too. There's some very good stuff on these forums and some very knowledgeable folks.

You ever heard of Crownvic.net, or Grandmarq.net?

Both are big forums, CVN is very busy and more of a family friendly site.
GMN is more for the box body style, and is more curse friendly.

 

sounds like I would like the content better on CVN, but would actually need content from GMN (since I have the old boxy one).

I've heard of them both. I was kind of hoping to stick it out here and have things get better, but from the looks of it... I may be hoping for too much. Maybe just use the info posted here for reference.
