2010 Milan Premium:Accessing Fuse-box inside car.

it appears that the fuse panel is under the left kick panel. the kick panel is also the doorsill trim. How do i remove the sill/kick panel without destroying it? OR is the fuse-box somewhere else? all this for a blown (i hope) SYNC fuse!

disregard:

Well, i got access to the fuses. (stood on head and dislocated shoulder) I am too old for this stuff! fuse good, sync came back, possible reboot of snyc module fixed issue.

Just traded for a 2011 Milan Premier (traded in my much loved but HIGH mileage 06 Grand Marquis). In process of hooking up my Garmin to the fuse box I discovered the same thing....all I could see/reach were the bottom 8 fuses, none of which were "switched". I'm a former L-M service advisor and know that FOMOCO sometimes does questionable things but this "hidden" fusebox has to be a new top to my list.
