Default Where is the console cup light bulb?

I have a '08 Milan with ambient lighting. The bulb in the center console bin, I dont have an ashtray, is out. I cannot find the bulb! I know it was there because it used to light up the bin, which i use for a change holder. There is a small indent above the bin, but its a tight space and I dont see a bulb. And if it is there how do i get to bulb to replace it? Do I have to take the whole console cover off?

the light for the bin in my 88 MGM and my wife's 93 vic are both accessible after taking the stereo and climate controls out of the way since the bulb is mounted on the other side of the plate above the tray in the dash. it may be the same in your milan. I would also say that you should have a bumper-to-bumper warranty on that car for at least 3 years and 36K miles (check yours and see what it is). if you're still under warranty, make the dealer change it out.

Right it is still under warranty, didn't know if bulbs were covered or is that wear item. I'll check with dealer thanks.

with my F150, the dealer said even the bulbs were covered in the bumper to bumper warranty.
