1963 Mercury Monterey - seats
 

We have a 1963 Mercury Monterey Custom hardtop 4 door with 390. It runs and drives but needs work on interior and a paint job.
My question for this thread is about SEATS.
Has anyone put in 'modern' bucket seats into a Monterey or Ford Galaxie of this era? I really like the seats in my 2017 Jeep Compass - they are heated and comfortable - and would like to put something like that in our old car for the front seats. Its back seat is in good shape, just needs a cover. Thoughts?
