has anyone done a conversion from a column 3 speed to a hurst floor shift? 1956 Monterey

 

I changed my '55 column shift to a floor shift earlier this year. I used and old stock Mr. Gasket kit but you could use the Hurst 3 speed shifter plus their installation kit. Shifting is much more natural for me.
