Hi everyone! This gorgeous 1957 Mercury Monterey Phaeton has been cherished by the same family for 67 years, and now it needs a new steward.

Our Monterey features original factory paint with that stunning tri-tone finish, all chrome still intact and gleaming, and just 32,335 miles on the odometer. The interior retains that authentic 1950s character with ivory and black vinyl seats and red carpet that Mercury was famous for. Under the hood, the 312 V8 paired with the futuristic push-button Merc-O-Matic transmission makes this car a genuine time capsule.

This Mercury left the dealership in Ohio in March 1957 and stayed with the same loving family until now. They kept it garaged, pampered it, and only drove it a short distance back and forth to town. When nephew Ernie inherited it in 2003, he made sure everything was roadworthy while preserving all that beautiful originality. Now the family is looking for someone who will appreciate this treasure as much as they have.

As you all probably know, out of all the 1957 Montereys built, only 22,475 were four-door Phaetons like this one. This example also has the later quad headlight setup that makes it even more distinctive.
