2000 Mercury Mountaineer door unlock problem

I have a 2000 mercury Mountaineer 5LV8
Anybody have info on driver side sticky door lock?? Will not open.
Actuator is working but will not push the rod upwards/unlock door.
All other doors locks work just fine.

HELP
