I have a 97 mountaineer. I just got done replacing the rack and pinion, P.S. pump, belt, all hosesand the ball joints, and wheel barings are less than 1 year old. When I go to turn, my power steering feels like it cutsin and outseveral times in one turn. I took the tie rodends off the spindals and the spindals move freely. ThanI start the car and turn the wheel, same thing. Im think its something wrong with the parts Ijust replaced butI dont know for sure. Can someone please help me.
