Default driver door knocking sound

I just bought a 06 Mountaineer Premier and it has a knocking sound on the drivers door that can only be heard when at higher speeds (at least 30mph). I am thinking of taking the door apart and seeing if something inside is loose. All the bottom exterior door panels look loose but only the drivers side has noise. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Found the problem

Ok, I figured it out. It was a thick tar-like sticker (about 2" by 4") under the driver's door that was hanging on partially. When wind hit it, it would hit against the rocker panel and reverberate up the door. Sounds stupid, but it made a lot of noise. Solution was to rip it off. I think it was just covering an access hole under the rocker panel. I am in florida and don't have to worry about salt getting in there and rusting things.
