Does anyone out there know of a good site for exterior lighting? I''m planning on doing the HID headlampkit onmy 06 mountaineer and the best price I can find right now is about $275 for the headlamps and foglamps....also, will there be a problem with switching the current incandescent bulbs with LED''s? I just don''t want to run into a constant "exterior lamp out" indicator and do not want to have to install load resistors on everything to eliminate it. Thanks a ton.

there may be issues with using LEDs unless you also add loads to the wires to the LED replacements (large resistors that are usually sold by the same place - especially for blinkers)

You should also make sure that any HID replacements don''t overload the circuits in your vehicle. make sure the wattage of the bulbs is the same as the stock bulbs.

and yeah, you''re probably not going to find true HID replacements for less than what you''ve found so far.
