Instrument cluster part number compatibility

Hoping for the long shot answer here.
I have an 2003 mountaineer. Premier, V8 motor. Instrument cluster is going bad. Looking everywhere I can and can't seem to find a good replacement for it. I called the ford dealer here and he gave me the part number '3L2Z10849RC', but on Ebay I'm seeing a bunch of 03 clusters but none have that part number. Do I need to have the part number exactly the same or will another that is manufactured the same year work?
God I hope someone sees this soon and can answer. It's in good shape and runs/drives well and low miles for how old it is.
