I have a 97 merc mountaineer and the passenger side motor that moves the seat back and forth has stopped working. The motor will tilt and go up and down but not back and forth. How many motors are there and how do you remove the seat and can the motor(s) be repaired. Dealer option is to buy a completely new track assembly with motor for $385.00. Too rich for me. Any help would be appreciated.
