Default Removing rotors???

I have a 99 Mercury Mountaineer AWD with horrible brakes. I have removed the park brake cable, calipers and everything else but I can't get the rotor off. It won't budge, I think the park brake pads have grooved the inner rotor and it won't come off the lip now? How can I get these off? Thanks for the help

I just tried to rotate the rotor and tap/pry it off as it turns but nothing, not even a little

You need to free it up by really wailing on it with a decent sized hammer. Hit it between the studs but WITHOUT hitting them. If the rotors are being replaced then hit them anywhere. Leftside then right. Upper part then lower. Just don't try to hit them from behind to get them off. Don't worry, they will free up.
