steeringwheel controlls

I have a 1998 Mountaineer 5.0 AWD. Yesterday all steeringwheel controlls quit working. Cruise, fan, radio, temp, I checked manual and could not find anything on steeringwheel controlls. Any idea if this is a fuse, circuit breaker, or relay ? Thanks.
