Took the truck out today got back in after an hour no start. Checked Battery and had a red led in it so I replaced it, still no start looked around for the firewall starter solenoid and I guess they got rid of it and now its on the starter. without wasting time jacking up the car and fighting the little bolts they put it in is there a way to check it with out pulling it and why does no one sell just the solenoid for it. They all want 150 for the whole thing. O ya a jump cable on the starter kicks over the starter. Just dont feel like adding a push button starter, all though it would look kewl(maybe stop at the Porsche dealer and see if they have one and how much) thnx

Actually found out that it was the solenoid wire connection was bad. someone had bent it over and it was snapped clean off. Got a new battery though, went with a Bosch instead of factory this time. Las Vegas is very hard on batteries here(heat kills)
