1998 Mystique Starter
 

Just picked up a nice little mystique.

When I go to start the car, the starter give a strange squeal(sounds like when you turn try to start when the car is already running). Previous owner said it's been like that for the 3 years that he had it before me.

...couple attempts and its fine. Sound like starter going bad? or any other ideas?
