1995 Mystique 2.0 liter - When using my heater or A/C the fan will run fine with the fan switch on the ON or Low position, if turned to medium or high positions it stops working. Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
Thanks for any help.

Your Mystique has two fan switches. One for high speeds, and one for low speeds. You need a "High Speed Fan Switch", for it does not work at the two higher speeds. If it were the two lower speeds that did not function, you would need a "Low Speed Fan Switch". Available at any part store. You'll pay alot more at the Ford dealer. P.S. It's not hard to replace.

I am having the same problem on my 1995. I have only one control switch on the dash that has 4 settings, the 3 and 4 settings (medium and high) don't work. Would replacing the dash control switch fix it or is it a fuse or relay?

Thanks for any help!

I don't think there are two seperate fuses for the fan motor, so I would say you too, need a High Speed Fan Switch. But it doesn't hurt to look for a second fuse, for there are two fan switches. Let me know.
