1999 Grand Marq blowin fuel pump fuses

My 1999 grand marq is blowin fuel pump fuses every time I ytry to start the car. Any Ideas ?

well...it sounds like the fuse is blowing as soon as the fuel pump gets power so it might be the pump. I don't know if there's any relays associated with wiring for the pump. Might be something else...not sure.
