My 2000 sable Xaxle light flashes after driving 4-5 miles. The car shifts fine. No problems felt. I had the pan dropped, changed fluid and filter $50.00 everything clean no metal.Light still comes on. Had the solenoid and whatever other sensor / switch changed and pumped looked at, all looks very good, $250. later. Light still comes on and error code. Don't know what the code wasbut I can ask. Do I have the Xmission repaired or is theresomething else that can cause the light to flash? It never stays on steady only flashes and if you shut off the engine you have to drive more miles before the light will flash again. Don't wish to spend another $1000+. Anyone w/suggestions/ greatly appreciated. Cricket
