2001 grand marquis A/C clutch relay

Hi, I'm new here and have a problem

2001 grand marquis A/C clutch relay... where is it?

Just installed a new compressor but the clutch will not engage unless system is charged... cannot charge unless clutch is engaged.

So... where is the relay???
