2004 Mountaineer rear wiper and washer do not work

Hi everyone need help my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer rear wiper motor and rear washer do not work I have checked all fuses and relay all are in working condtion I am leaning towards the turn signal switch any one have this problem or can give some advise
