I must be stupid or something, but I can not find the fuse panel. I have looked where I was told it was and checked the owners manual, but I still can't find it. The fact that I am disabled does not help. I don't even know what it is supposed to look like.

 

Under a small panel on the mid to lower driver side dashboard. After the cover(same color as dash) there will be lots of different colored blade fuses with different numbers on them. You have location and what they look like now! Good luck.
