98 Mercury Mystique rough idle
 

Hey, my 98 mystique is a manual 5 speed. It runs fairly good while applying the throttle but after it gets warm it idles really rough, the rpm's drop to around 200 then shoots back up to 1500 it does this continuously until I shut it off, it's almost as if i'm revving it from 200 to 1500. I've searched the internet and done everything I could think of but nothing seems to solve the problem...

I love my car but it's giving me a lot of trouble, please help.
