99 gm ls seafoam all around

Hello,

I am new to this forum/site so I have a question - I have a 99' GM LS and I recently became aware about "SeaFoam" through a friend of mine. I went with him to buy a 69 Plymouth Fury II and he used a can of "SeaFoam" in the gas tank. Thing woke up alive after using it!. My friend tells me its ok to use it in my car in the gas tank, the engine oil compartment and the Air Intake to clean out all the gunk out of it and my car will be like new!. I already have a can in the gas tank in a full tank of gas. However, is it safe to use it in the engine oil as well as the air-intake? Friend tells me I could use it on the master break cylinder too? Please advice if anyone here has ever done this?

Thanks,
Gary
