Hi, I have browsed around this forum a few times in the past few months and have decided to join. I am retired from the National Guard and am an unemployed machinist. I am now going to school full time 75 miles from here to learna new trade and hope to be back in the job market in a couple of years. My daily driver is a 1990 Grand Marquis with 121,000 miles and is in good running shape. I will probably stay in the background and try to pick up information to keep it runing smoothly.

Pay attention to the troubles I have with mine as they are basically the same car. and mine is just 2 years older. (just changed the water pump on mine at about 115K miles - internal seals finally gave out)

I've had to have the rear axle and trans rebuilt as well.
