I have a 1988 Mercury Tracer. I cannot get it started. It has a new fuel pump in it. When i spray starting fluid into it, it starts right up and runs until it runs out of starting fluid so i know i have spark. And when I push the bleeder in on the fuel rail there is plenty of pressure there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
