Hi everyone; I bought my wife a 2005 Mariner (Luxury) today; red exterior, black interior w/the V6, FWD. I couldn't find a deal better than the Family Pricing that they've got going on right now. She was driving a 2003 Ford Focus SE, so this is a nice upgrade for her. I'll try to get some pics soon.

Does your 4WD work in sand? Mine doesn't and I was wondering if you were having any problems with yours. I got stuck in loose sand on a road and had to back out. The dealership said everything checked out OK until I took the Technician next door where they were in the process of building a parking lot; it got stuck again. Now I am waiting to hear from the Engineers. Other than this problem I think it is a great little SUV.
