Just bought a 1996 Mercury Sable LS Duratec for 500$. It has just over a 130k on motor and runs like a charm. I'm typically and import fan but this is a nice cruiser. I do have a question though... The PATS Anti-theft is annoying. I put the key in turn to the on position and the "Theft" light flashes fast and won't start. However I can fix this issue by simply by adjusting the steering wheel up then back down lol. The light goes off and it starts and runs fine. Now I know this is a sticky issue but can someone tell me how to bypass this/dis-engage/remove?
