New member, not so new car
 

Just acquired 2009 Grand Marquis LS Ultimate in Smokestone with tan interior and 233k miles. After Hertz service in Washington State from July 2009 until November 2009 (11k miles) it migrated to the Texas Panhandle and its only owner. It had problems with blend doors in 2014, had power door lock mechanisms extracted in 2016, but it has had oil changes religiously done until last year when it was parked. It has only operated 2,773 miles since May 2020, when it had its last change as well as serpentine belt, idler and alternator. The ash tray/cup holder bezel is broken and something is missing from the passenger side dash as evidenced by he hole in the wood trim above the glove box. Started cleaning the interior and it looks pretty good after using Meguires leather cleaner. Will update with progress in the daylight...
